Direct orders from The Goan Spoon receive a flat 10% benefit compared to food delivery platforms.

Do you provide home delivery? +

Yes. Direct delivery is available in Airoli and nearby areas.

Can I cancel my order? +

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order. Once cooking preparation has started cancellation may not be possible.

Can I order through Swiggy or Zomato? +

Yes. We are available on Swiggy and Zomato, but direct orders help support our small home-style kitchen.

Daily Meal Subscription

What is the daily meal subscription? +

Our daily meal subscription provides regular home-style meals for customers who want lunch or dinner every day.

What meals are included? +

Meals usually include dal, rice, bhaji, curry, chapati or bhakri and other home-style dishes depending on the day's menu.

Do you provide free delivery? +

Yes. Free delivery is available within Airoli for daily meal subscription customers.

What is the order cutoff time? +

For next day lunch orders requests must be placed before 11:59 PM the previous day. For same day dinner orders the cutoff time is 5:00 PM.

Can unused meals be carried forward? +

No. Unused meals cannot be carried forward to the next subscription period.

Will I get a refund for unused meals? +

No refunds are provided for unused meals once the subscription period has started.

Will I be notified before the meal pass expires? +

Yes. We send a WhatsApp reminder approximately two days before your meal pass expires.
